The problem
Service marketplaces in multilingual regions break down on the basics: booking, scheduling, trust signals like certifications, and keeping everyone notified in their own language.
The approach
I built booking, scheduling, certification handling and analytics dashboards on a shared platform, with real-time notifications over WebSockets and first-class support for four languages, so the same product serves the whole region.
The result
A live platform where providers and customers transact, schedule and get notified in real time, across four languages.
